Company History Agenture was formed out of the love for fashion in Beijing in 2004, with the idea of making a difference in the industry. Agenture’s business Idea from the start was to give a personal and caring touch and to help brands create amazing collections without the need to worry about production. With our roots in Scandinavia growing up with one foot in the snow-covered mountains of the north and one foot in the archipelago, sustainability and care for nature have always been natural to us.

We have cultivated this love for nature and today sustainability is part of our company’s backbone. In 2012 we merged with the Hangzhou-based Bestbase Garment Manufacturing Group. The merger allowed us to develop our love for sustainability and today we have, BSCI audited factories with GRS, RCS, OCS, RWS certification, and we are part of the SAC’s Higg Index. Apart from that we also have an outstanding QC team, a H&M-approved in-house laboratory, and a kickass sourcing team. In 2022 we took in We aRe Spindye fashion tech company under our umbrella, this to be able to provide even deeper and broader range sustainable services to our customers. Today we have manufacturing not only in China but also in Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia. Business model Agenture Apparels’ business model is to create extra value for the apparel manufacturing supply chain with the highest service quality, top fashion understanding level, pro-active sourcing capability, and on-time delivery while meeting strict quality, environmental, and Social Compliance requirements. Our target group is European and North American private fashion labels, department stores, and sports and activewear brands.
